Brenda Swinkels of Bruegel, Holland, is staying with Jeanie and Dick McNear, Susannah and Laura in Gid Brown Hollow. She is interested in horseback riding and is on the girls’ basketball team.
Myriam Lathuile of Saint Jean de Sixt, France, is staying with Margaret and Douglas Baumgardner, Caroline, Alex, Spenser and Julia just outside Washington. She is running cross country with Caroline and is also interested in horseback riding.

Returning to the high school is Tano Abero from Tacuarembno, Uruguay. His second year in Rappahannock is independent of YFU. This year his host family is Paula and Tom Klatko and Sarah of Sperryville. He will be returning to the soccer team this spring.
Anika and Jenji are high school juniors; the other six join the senior class at RCHS.
