Beat in dry ingredients gradually, a third at a time. Fold in raisins. Pour into a greased and floured 9 by 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted iii center comes out clean. Frosting: 3 tablespoon margarine, softened 1/2 pound confectioners' sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoon milk Blend margarine and sugar. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
