On Oct. 10 Carol Lucking, who has a masters in counseling, and Bertha Sholten, a licensed professional counselor, will discuss how the mind and body can work together to release old patterns for personal growth.
Karen Loving, another board certified touch therapist, will talk about how to release body tension in order to increase stamina and flexibility on Oct. 17. She will also discuss the use of conscious awareness to benefit balance, coordination, work habits and even back or joint pain..
The final presentation will be on Oct. 24, and Kathleen Maier will teach historical uses of botanical medicines and show how herbal therapies are being integrated into mainstream medicine-today. Her presentation will inclfflle a slide show.
