Cocoa Applesauce Cupcakes * A Halloween treat for little goblins. 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup margarine 1 egg 1 1/2 cup applesauce 1 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup cocoa 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla Cream sugar and margarine; add egg and vanilla; beat until light. Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Bake in muffin tins lined with cupcake papers 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Frost with white icing, and decorate with candy com. 1 1/2 dozen cupcakes. Apple Snaps This is fun for children!
