Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, September 10 at Omps Funeral Home in Winchester with the Rev. Tim Hartley and Rev. David Palmer. •
Burial was in Grace Bible Cemetery in Clearbrook.
Mr. Shifflett was bom August 12, 1927, in Rappahannock County, son of the late Anfield and Lillie Williams Shifflett. He was a self-employed antenna installer and retired after 27 years as a Frederick County school bus driver.
