During Term Day in Rappahannock Circuit Court on Monday, the Grand Jury handed down 22 indictments.
Richard W. Woodward, 25, of Culpeper, was indicted for 15 counts of bad checks and one count of larceny. He is charged with writing bad checks to many of the county's country stores, totalling $635.
Anthony Franklin Moody, 37, of Luray, was indicted for attempted felonious assault on David van de Graaff, a teacher and coach at RCHS, for an incident which took place on school grounds last May.
Douglas M. Armel Jr., 31, of Winchester, was indicted for uttering a check and possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
Joseph Bryan Ratliff, 32, of Nokesville, was indicted for grand larceny. He is charged with stealing property, including CD's, Matchbox cars, NASCAR cars and trucks, commemorative soda cans, and other items belonging to Anthony C. Caporaletti of Amissville.
