All that is.needed to grow the narcissus bulbs is a container, some pebbles and water. The container can be almost anything, as long as it doesn't have a hole in the bottom. Old canning jars make a nice choice, and are especially pretty when multi-colored glass marbles are used on the bottom instead of pebbles to hold the bulb up off the bottom of the container.
