arid being on the east side of State Secondary Route 640, three miles northwest of Amissville,. Jackson District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing approximately twenty (20) acres, more or less, and being the same land conveyed to William Rector by James P. Jeffries, Special Commissioner, by deed dated April 6. 1891 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book S, page 251. Said parcel was surveyed by John M. Baumgardner, Land Surveyor, on December 7, 1995, as containing 21.4218 acres, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit in this cause. This parcel is part of tax map 31, parcel 42, of the tax map of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
