The object of this cause is to determine thfe proportional interests of the Complainant and the Respondents in a certain parcel of land containing 23.54 acres, more or less, and identified on Rappahannock County. Tax Map 41, as Parcel 2T, and to partition said real property accordingly.
And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by counsel for the Complainant to ascertain the whereabouts of the following Respondents, without effect: John Johnston. Mary V. Johnston a/k/a/ Mollie V. Burke, William T.
