Ordinance For Re-Codification And Re-Adoption
Of The Rappahannock County Code
As provided by Resolution adopted unanimously on October 7, 1996, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Monday, December 2,1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rappahannock County Courthouse, on an Ordinance to re-codify and re-adopt the Rappahannock County Code, pursuant to §15.1-37.3 of’the Code of Virginia. The function of this Ordinance is to bring into compliance with State law certain sections of the County Code, making changes as required by law, and to delete Chapter 51, Solid Waste Advisory Committee.
A full and complete copy of the Resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors, as well as of the County Code itself, is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, on Gay Street, in Washington, VA.
