The Wakefield Country Day School Lady Owls opened their season playing a tough game against Suon and came up short 81 -36.
Kristin Hickson led the Owls in scoring with 11 points and seven steals. Laura Cowherd came off thi bench to score nine points and bring in four rebounds. Lindsay Knight scored eight points.
Coach Lee Anne Orndorff said her girls "played hard against a tough Seton team."
