Rappahannock County, Circuit Court Robert J. O’Neill, Executor v. Jean Cognon and Wakefield Country Day School.
The object of this suit is to: construe the Will of Eugene P. Cognon and appointment of Trustee and based on an affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication.
It is ORDERED that Jean Cognon appear at the above-named court and protect his interests on or before March 12, 1997.
