Clothed, skeletal remains were found by a hiker in Shenandoah National Park last Sunday.
The hiker reported the find to the Park on Monday, and said that he had been bushwhacking in the woods when he made the discovery. According to public information officer Mary Lowe, the remains were found in the Warren County section of the park, about 10 miles south of Front Royal and one mile from the Skyline Drive. She said that it was evident that the body had been there at least several-months and that it was not found noar a campsite or a trail.
