Along with the beginning of 1997 comes a five letter word that many citizens have come to dislike. The word is taxes. The new year rolls around and in the mail comes our W-2, 1099 and other necessary documents to file fedetar and state income tax returns. Some find the forms confusing and difficult to fill out and file. This year four; volunteers have been hard at work in Rappahannock County to complete an Internal Revenue Service training course and exam to assist individuals in filing their basic tax returns. Starting in February and running thru April 15 a site will be open in Rappahannock County for individuals and families on low and fixed incomes or those 60 and over to get
