A Virginia touring production of the popular comedy Greater Tuna opens at The Theatre at Washington, Va., on Saturday, June 7 at 8 p.m., for one performance only. The play is about life in the small town of 'Hina, Texas, and its radio station’s daily talk show.
Leonard Childers is Tuna’s answer to Larry King. He coaxes every caller to his talk show (where your business is everybody’s business) with the words, “You’re on the line with Leonard. Let it out.” The citizens of TUna have no trouble letting it out, on the air and off, in this uproarious send-up of small town mores.
