Ronnie, Lisa and Amber Dodson and Mrs. Lee Ann Wharton wish to congratulate Joyce Wharton who has been named an All-American Collegiate Scholar.
They would also like to congratulated Mrs. Wharton upon her graduation from Lord Fairfax Community College on May 15.
