The practitioners of the Rappahannock Healing. Arts have begun providing educational workshops that stimulate personal growth. The move to their new space at 11945 Lee Highway has offered expanded services to area communities wishing to learn more about complementary health care options.
Currently underway from 7 to 9 p.m. and running through July 16, the Weekly Life Enrichment Series kicks off with Certified Therapeutic Massage practitioner Karen Loving offering an introduction to the Alexander Technique. “Learning to Move with Ease” will invite those attending to awaken one’s muscles and move towards balance and fluidity.
