burglary at the Compher residence; 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine for statutory burglary at the Lofton residence; 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine for grand larceny at the Compher residence; and 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine for grand larceny at the Pratt residence.
Judge Carleton Penn ordered that the sentences should run consecutively to each other and to any other sentences Thomas has in any other jurisdiction.
Thomas is currently serving time at Powhatan Correctional Center for breaking and entering and petty larceny charges in other counties
These sentences will add nine years and a $10,000 fine to his time. Thomas, who was visibly upset with the sentencing, noted on the record that he will appeal the decision.
