Peggy Ross Wiggins, 61, of Culpeper died Wednesday, Oct. 15 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
Wiggins was bom Oct. 24, 1935 in Rappahannock County, a daughter of the late Herbert and Virgie Jenkins.
She is survived by a son Frank Wiggins Jr. of Charleston, S.C. and a daughter Jacqueline White of Orange.
Additional survivors include four brothers Earl Jenkins of New Waterford, Ohio, Russell Jenkins of Vienna, Ohio, Herbert Lee Jenkins of Orange and Kenny Jenkins of Ocala, Fla. and two sisters Pauline Husted of Fredericksburg and Catherine Hawkins of Culpeper.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Oct. 18 at CloreGeest Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
