The majority of the commission wanted to see the proposal go forward as a whole.
Problem areas were with section three numbers one and two, which deal with the .requirements for an erosion . and sediment control plan for single family home construction and roadways to those homes. The other area of concern is with section three, number four, which deals with land disturbing activity and specifies regulations for construction close to perennial streams or upslope of springs.
