endeared Mick to many a heart.
What’s next?
Any and all who’d be so inclined should contact me within the next week or two for a trip to the Dwyer cemetery. This is a two and one half mile hike of easy grade but rather rocky, of that those who intend to make it should take proper precautions, i.e., good walking shoes and perhaps a walking stick. A drink and light snack are also recommended. Wear clothing suitable to weather conditions.
Also, if there are folks out there who have any knowledge of the Hazel Mountain please get in touch with me. I am quite interested in finding an old cemetery there wherein many of my ancestors are buried. They include the Jenkins, Weakley, Dodson and Burkes. My great-grandmother being originally from that area. You may reach me at 825-8394, 543-2590 or e-mail me at: wafaba@erols.com.
There has also been some interest in going back to the Frazier, Mary Frazier or Joe Billy Bowen cemetery. Am ready to go when we’ve made arrangements and have a sufficient number.
