After a decision, once again and none too happily, to table the Belle Meade application for 30 days, the Rappahannock Planning Commission last week dove into its first new business on the evening’s agenda — the application by Earl Edmonds Jr. for a family apartment.
Edmonds was seeking approval to erect a separate structure, a mobile home, for use as a family apartment on his mother’s property near Huntly on U.S. 522. His mother, Mary K.
