Faith Mountain has made a donation of $750 to the Rappahannock County Band Boosters. The donation comes from the sale of a limited edition Music Lover’s Sun Catcher. This sun catcher was featured in the Faith Mountain Holiday 1997 catalog.

The Rappahannock County Band Boosters will be using the donation to purchase new instruments, a xylophone is the priority at this time. Cecil Scott, head of the band program, hopes to have the xylophone in time for one of their young men to try out for the Governor’s School.

Each of this series of Sun Catchers, designed and crafted by local glass maker, Eric Kvarnes, is produced in a limited edition of 3500, all in support of local educational causes. “We’re all excited about the success of their concept.
