PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Sadlon 15.2-2204 of tha 1950 Coda of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, on Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
TW SU #98-05-01 Application by the Rappahannock County Historical Society to construct an addition and renovate their structure at Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 113B, zoned “VS", Village Services. Said structures requires special use permit exceptions to the north and south sides as wen as the rear. North setback would reduce to 4.3 feet from the current five (5) feet, the south to 4 feet from 5.9 feet, and the rear to 3.3 feet from 15.8 feet. Use allowed under Code Section 1-4-1 (f) of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance: additional standards in Code Section 6-1-1 (f) of the Town of Washington Zoning ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing application la on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
