ONE AND ALL Those who stand themselves apart from the human condition not only deprive humankind of sympathy and thoughtful action, but they withhold from themselves valuable insights that would otherwise lead to a better understanding of life. This isolationist attitude is exemplified by the words of English poet and playwright Edward Young, who wrote: "All man think men mortal, but themselves." Those who deceive themselves for the moment by thinking that they, alone, will avoid death stand to deprive the dying of any true empathy. This failure to share in the inevitability and emotion of the death experience only leaves them alienated from their own lives -and deaths. Let us share in the human experience and help each other in the process. Grief can make as bitter, or it can make as human. The death of one we love can penetrate our defenses and make as vulnerable for a time. Surrounding oneself with loved ones helps shore up that sense of safety that we all need to live. At the MOSER FUNERAL HOME, (233 Broadview Avenue, Warrenton) we have a full array of services to meet your needs, and we pay particular attention to both the logistical and emotional needs of families who come to us for services. Gdl 347-3431 for aaswers to your questions. "It is as natural to die as to be bom, and to a little infant, perhaps thd one is as painful as the other."
