Commission member Dr. Werner Krebser said he was aware of Mary Edmonds condition and although he felt she does need the care he disagrees with the precedent set by allowing a separate structure on a 10 acre lot. “If we allow this to continue....we’re going down the wrong road,” he said. “We ought to re-visit this issue and the definition of a family apartment.”
