The library has received a written request from Dominion Cleaning Service for and increase of $20 per month for cleaning. The board had requested the service make a written request. The service has not had an increase in a long time Warner said, the current cost is $180 per month. The board approved the request.

Shaffer also reported that Quarles Petroleum had topped off the fuel oil, 325.9 gallons. This is done each year so that the board has the bill before the end of the fiscal year. And he told the board that the library had received a generous donation of $100 from the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection for use of the Jamieson Room.
