DEFAULT having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated March 27,1997, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, VA, in Deed Book 224, at page 297, and the undersigned, having been duly appointed as Substitute Trustees and having been requested so to do by the holder of the note secured, will proceed to sell at public auction for cash on Juno 3,1998, at 3:00 p.m„ in front of the building housing the Rappahannock County Circuit Court, 238 Gay Street, Washington, VA, the property designated as Tract 5, containing 16.4915 acres, as set forth and described according to plat and survey recorded amongst the land records of the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 154 at page 112.
The property will be sold subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
A deposit (in certified funds) of 10% will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale and settlement to be made within 10 days. TERMS: CASH. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Memorandum of Trustee's Sale outlining additonal terms of sale and settlement, which will be available tor review prior to the announcement of sale.
