TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA

PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, on Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

TW SU #98-05-02 Application by Olivia R. Byam, owner of Foster-Harris Bed and Breakfast, to a side yard setback exception to allow construction of a deck that will extend to within 6.5 feet of the property line. Use allowed under Section 1-4-1 (f) of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance; additional standards in Section 6-1-2 (f). Property is known as Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 63.
