Miss Judith Carter Welling, who has been spending 10 days as a guest of her parents Captain and Mrs. D.C. Welling and family in Fairfax Station left Sunday for London, England. Judith will be spending the first semester of her Boston College junior year studying at Goldsmith College in the Education and Exchange Program. Judith is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jean B. Moffett.
