his retirement was manager of the Regional Wholesale Seed and Farm Supply Warehouse at Seaford, Del.
He is survived by one son, Dr. Jerry Martin, of Flint Hill, Va., two grandchildren, Alison and Nathaniel Martin, one sister, Frances Parker of Portsmouth, Va., one half sister, TVudy Smith of Shanghai, Va., and one half-brother, William Martin of Beulahville, Va.
Mr. Martin was an active member of the United Methodist Church in Georgetown, Del. for 36 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #8 in Georgetown, Del. for 39 years.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 18 at the Unionville Christian Cemetery and a memorial service will be held at the Flint Hill Methodist Church at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20.
