Band Booster to meet

The Rappahannock Band Boosters will meet on Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County High School Library. The public is invited.

Healing Arts activities

The Rappahannock Healing Arts has the following activities scheduled:

Sept. 17: Yoga at 9:30 a m.; Therapeutic Massage from 11 a m. to 3 p.m; Sept. 18: Voice Analysis from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Health Options Counseling from 1 to 5 p.m. and Nutritional Counseling from 4 to 8 p.m; Sept. 19 : Therapeutic Massage/Alexander; Reiki I workshop with Bertha Scholten.

Sept. 20: Reiki I workshop with Bertha Scholten.; Sept. 21: Nutritional Counseling from 1 to 4 p.m. and Yoga at 5 p.m.; Sept. 22: Voice Analysis from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Solution Focused Counseling from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.; Sept. 23: Herb Clinic from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Solution Focused Counseling from 5 to 9 p.m.

A herbal medicine series will begin Sept. 29 and continue until Dec. 1. Classes will be held Tuesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. under the direction of Kathleen Maier. For information call Rappahannock Healing Arts 987-7204.
