RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA

PURSUANT to section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 ot the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 5, 1998 at 7:00 pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SE #98-08-02 Application by Susan Nielsen to create a parcel of 20.598 acres from a parcel of approximately 231 acres. Parcel to include existing migrant labor camp, and is defined by existing properly line of adiacent parcels, Rt 630, and the existing farm access road Tax Map 4. parcel 14A, zoned “A"Agricultural. Use allowed under Section 170-36A of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday. September 16, 1998 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parlies desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
