Established and promotes a comprehensive 4-H youth development program by assessing community needs and recruiting volunteers to assist with the delivery of research-based,hands-on learning experiences. Responsible for planning and carrying out assignments, interpreting policy, resolving pro-' grammatic issues, and supervising clerical functions regarding 4-H programming material. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:1 Knowledge and experience in youth development and educational programs; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in or ability to involve and manage volunteers in program development and delivery; basic knowledge of personal computer applications such as MSWord, email,' spreadsheets and internet applications. Must have a valid op^ orator's license with good driving record and be or become certified in first aid. WITH PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR: Course work in management, education or funding.
