Boutchyard and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Embrey were all in Johnson City, Tenn. over the weekend to attend the wedding of Mr. Tharp’s daughter Bethany which took place at the Old Way Baptist Church. Bethany is also the daughter of Cathy Tharp of Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penerada attended a luncheon Friday at A.G. Richardson school in celebration of “Grandparents Day”. Their grandson, Joshua is a fifth grade student there.
Miss Carolyn Peyton spent the weekend in West Virginia.
Belated birthday wishes go out to my sister-in-law Mrs. Montrue Frazier who celebrated her day yesterday.
Sept. 17-23 will be observed as Constitution Week and each and everyone should make time to appreciate these coveted rights and always be reminded to protect the freedom guaranteed to us by this document, yes, this week commemorates the signing of the Constitution of our United States.
