Regional Adult Education
and the Culpeper Literacy Council sincerely appreciate all the contributions of the local businesses and individuals who willingly helped with the 1997-98 GED Graduation on Aug. 26.
Alvin Nissley, James King and Donna Compton, graduate speakers, spoke of the long devoted efforts of their teachers, their families and their own dedication to accomplish the GED.
The Honorable John J. “Butch” Davies served as master of ceremonies. Cheryl Kellington, R.N. gave the commencement address. Karen Rittenhouse, ABE/GED instructor in Culpeper County, gave the closing remarks.
