Town kiosk was “up and operational” outside of the Washington Post Office, and that the kiosk’s brochure holder would be installed by the end of the week. The kiosk will accommodate townrelated information, county-related information, and has accessible bulletin boards for public use. John Byam and Tanya! Richie agreed to volunteer to develop rules for posting on the kiosk. Mayor Stewart Willis informed the Council that the Post Office said that the kiosk, as located, is interfering with the use of the handicapped parking space, and that he will look into this further.
