Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church of Scrabble held a baptism at Rock Mills Sunday afternoon. Emory Conners was among the six people that were baptized.

Jim and Lillian Sykes of Culpeper were visitors of Mrs. Audra Crawford on Saturday. Her Sunday visitors were Ray Crawford of Sperryville and Curtis and Katherine Crawford of Flint Hill.

Friday night Rena, Michele, and Walter Milton Burke attended a Creative Memories Party and workshop in Culpeper. The party was hosted by Debbie Suche.

Mr. and Mrs. Kinsey Wharton’s Sunday visitors were Ronald and Judy Atkins of Washington, Calvin, Nancy and Kelly Atkins, and Angela and Nicholas Hitt of Sperryville.

Tim and Debbie Norman hosted a graduation party for their daughter, Nikki Alther on Saturday.

The party was held at their home near Rock Mills. It was a beautiful day for a garden party. There was plenty of good food and the decorations were very pretty.

Around 70 people attended the party from noon until well into the night. Congratulations Nikki on your graduation.
