1999 Quilting Workshop
These young ladies learned beginning quilting from “Yarn & More” Shop owner, Ellen Manson. These young quilters learned how to make a tied quilt at this workshop which was sponsored by 4-H. Rappahannock County 4-H program appreciates Ellen Manson giving of her time, talent, and materials to teach young people an old tradition.
