The Five Forks Regular Baptist Church celebrated its 76th homecoming/anniversary on Sunday with gospel music and singing, lots of food, and spirit-filled sermons delivered by Dr. Paul Hawkins, Pastor of Tidewater Baptist Temple at Virginia Beach. Paul is a descendant of some of the church founders. It was good to fellowship with cousins, aunts, friends of other like-faith churches, past and present members.
Happy anniversary to Wieland and Lillie May Johnson. They will celebrate theirs on Thursday.
