McCarthy introduced the Amendment of Special Use Permit for Peter Kramer. The essential element of the amendment was the request to relieve Kramer of the requirement for ten ofhstreet, parking spaces. Council members and the public discussed the pros and cons of the permit requirements, and ultimately agreed to allow Kramer to proceed with his expan.sion with seven off-street parking spaces.
