Mrs. Eunice Meade of Hash Lane attended graduation exercises at Rappahannock Elementary School on Thursday, where her grandson, Christopher Frazier, was one of the graduates.
The annual fund raiser fete for the Culpeper Museum of History will be held here in Boston at Longlea on Saturday, June 26. This years event will be palled “The Dinosaur Ball” and will include hors d’oeuvre, light fare and live piusic, as well as live and silent auctions. Longlea Manor is located a short distance off Route 522, and nine miles west of Culpeper. Plans have been made for a band out of Washington D.C. I Robert Heffern was in the group receiving the Tandy Technology Scholarship Award at the recent award assembly at Culpeper County High School. ; Birthday wishes for a ^reat day go out to my nephews, Daniel Knick and Michael Swindler who will celebrate on Saturday, June 19, and to Michael Heflin and Linda Cubbage each of whom add another year on Monday.
