Celebrating 50 years
Jane and Roger Batchelder celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during the month of April, on several happy occasions with family and friends. They were married on April 12, 1949 in the First Presbyterian Church of Ogdensburg, N.Y. The ceremony was performed by Jane’s uncle, the Rev. Walter Hobkirk. The family recently gathered at the Bleu Rock Inn for a celebration. Pictured are left to right: David of Warrenton, Susan of Durango, Colo., Jane and Roger, Rand and his wife, Laura of Pittsburg, Pa. David’s daughter Lisa snapped the picture.
