Family reunion scheduled
The families of Weaver, Butler and Thornhill will host their annual reunion on Sunday, June 27 at the • Rappahannock Park on U.S. 211. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. Those attending should bring a covered dish.
Nature Camp scheduled
The Rappahannock Nature Camp will be held June 28July 9 at Singing Creek near Sperryville. This is a day camp for girls and boys age eight to 14, devoted to the study and exploration of local natural history. Due to a delay in publicity, the deadline for registration has been extended until June 10. The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Company is seeking con- ! testants for their annual Honorary Fire Queen Contest for this year’s carnival. Summer camps scheduled
TASC for Teens of Jeffersonton is organizing and leading two 2-week Canadian Wilderness Fishing Summer Camps to beautiful Northern Ontario for youth ages 10-17 ; on July 17-30 and Aug. 7-20. The trips will leave from Jeffersonton and include qualified and caring staff, complete instruction, round-trip transportation, meals, most camping equipment, cabin lodging, and motorboat. Basketball camp planned
