Miss Ellen Mustoe of Orange has accepted the position of Social Worker in the Rappahannock County Welfare Office. She was graduated this year from Madison College, Harrisonburg where she majored in pre-social work. Miss Mustoe worked for two summers in Appalachia at Inman in Wise County. The Division of Forestry reports that 315 forest Fires burned 891.0 acres of forest land in the 16 county Northern Piedmont District to date for this year. In Rappahannock County, two Fires have burned 5.0 acres of forest land. Lynda Lou Boddie of Washington has been accepted by Lear Siegler Institute, where she will major in Fashion Merchandising. The Rappahannock County High School graduate is the daughter of Mrs. Julia E. Boddie. The Maryland school is located in the modem residential community of Silver Spring, Md.
