Home: Washington Occupation: Grade-A Operator, Virginia Department of Transportation Accomplishments: David stays busy outside of his job with VDOT. He coaches the Rappahannock Men’s baseball team, the Monarchs. An evangelist, David spoke and sang recently at the Methodist church in Flint Hill. He and his group will once again be singing at the July 4th festivities in the town of Washington. David is also a painter, and a *.r part-time photographer. In the next several weeks, he will be taking pictures for three weddings.
