Mike Mahoney

Home: Long Mountain Road, Washington Occupation: Retired Accomplishments: Mr. Mahoney is an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington. There, he previously served as Senior Warden and currently works with an evangelical movement called Cursillo. He is also an active member of the Lions Club and Rappahannock Association for Arts and the Community (RAAC). He had served as officers on both groups in the past. He was also heavily involved in making this year’s Relay for Life happen at Rappahannock Elementary School. Mr. Mahoney has also been involved in many productions of “The Shepherd’s Play” at the Ki Theatre during Colonial Christmas in Washington. He and his wife, Bette, have been married 37 years. Their son Timothy attended Wakefield Country Day School and is a graduate of Rappahannock High School. Their daughter Kate graduated from Wakefield Country Day School.
