Ashton W. Burke of Warrenton, formerly of Old Hollow in Sperryville helped develop the plate and has been appointed as the Representative in charge of the collection.
Mr. Burke, son of the late Charles and Mary Ellen Burke, grew up in Rappahannock County and graduated from Rappahannock High School in 1947.
The cost of the plate is $10 and for a personalized plate, $20.
