With the coming election on Nov. 2, we have an opportunity
to elect as our Board of Supervisors’ representative an individual who has committed himself to community service.
Donald Brown decided to run for this office at the suggestion of several individuals who feel that we need a Supervisor who is more responsive to the citizens of the community. We feel that he will be able to devote the time, energy, and listening skills needed to take our community’s concerns to the Board of Supervisors’ meetings in Washington, Va.
If you have been fortunate enough to have spoken with him, you have found this to be his goal: to become an informed citizen’s representative who will take input to heart when voting on county and local Jackson District issues.
