A new resident to Rappahannock" County, Margot Schnitzer de Neuhaus| will be showing her work at June Jordan’s Packing Shed Gallery in Washington, from Nov. 3-27. The opening reception will be held on Sunday, Nov. 7, from 2-6 p.m.
The work consists of sculptures made of wood and stone, and paintings made of western and oriental paper marked with sumi, Japanese ink.
Margot came to Rappahannock because she was drawn to the beauty and the gentleness of the land, the care and connection the residents feel towards it, and the healing quality that springs from that combination.
